We as Children’s Ministry leaders spend so much time pouring scripture and life application teachings into kids, we sometimes fail to pause and take the teaching to the next level – how are these kids being trained to teach others?
What tools are we equipping them with to go from having a head full of knowledge, to having a heart full of passion for seeking and saving the lost?
Look at Children’s Ministry as building up a child’s spiritual tool kit, so that as adults they will be able to lead the nations to Christ.
With God’s hand of blessing, we can look at CM as igniting a flame that has the potential to leave a spark in every school, every neighborhood, every hockey team, every piano class, and every home.
